 Uses of Roasted Barley Ground Asharo:

Ethiopian Barley Asharo is organically grown and manually roasted over clay griddles. Primarily used for brewing Ethiopian Beer. Asharo is also brewed as tea, at times blended with coffee to lower caffeine.
